Raw Steel To
Finished Piece
This isn't Amazon. There is no 'Buy Now' button. Every piece is made slowly, by hand, and with intention.
How It Works
Waitlist Submission
You submit the form with your preferences. If I'm taking orders, you’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Consultation & Deposit
When your spot comes up, we talk specifics. We finalize the steel, handle material, and design. $50 deposit to lock it in.
Rough Forging
The steel is heated and hammered to shape. I'll send a photo of the rough profile.
Grinding & Heat Treat
The blade is refined and hardened. This is the most critical step. If it warps or cracks, I start over.
Handle Assembly
Scales are fitted, pinned, and glued. Leather sheath is wet-formed to the specific knife.
Final Edge & Ship
Sharpened to a razor edge, boxed with care instructions, and shipped insured.
The Wait
Current Lead Time: 8-14 Weeks
Good work takes time. I don't rush. If you need a gift for a birthday next week, I can't help you. If you want something your grandson will fight over, fill out the form.
